Returns Info

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@pearlandlinen.com If your return is accepted, we’ll email the return's label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately by emailing orders@pearlandlinen.com . If the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, we aim to resolve the this as soon as possible.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your item arrives and you decide that you don't like it then you need to make arrangements with a a reputable courier for your return and email us at orders@pearlandlinen.com or call 0333 455 9960 with your order number, name and courier your using.

Exchanges 

We're sure you can appreciate exchanges need to be inspected too. Notify us on orders@pearlandlinen.com that you would like to exchange your item. Once we receive it back and the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item we will be in contact with you. The item to be refunded must be in the saleable condition you received it with all tags attached as sold. When approved, you’ll be refunded through your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
