Orders

All orders placed after 2pm (GMT) for Goods that are in stock will be processed on the next working day. Due to COVID please allow 5-10 business days. It may be sooner. We will of course endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping over £45 for UK Mainland only.

Currently we do not ship internationally. All delivery times quoted are for UK mainland delivery only and excludes Northern Ireland, UK islands, Scottish highlands, Isle of Man and the Channel islands. For deliveries abroad please provide us with all relevant delivery information and we will send you a quote for delivery.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately by emailing orders@pearlandlinen.com. If the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, we aim to resolve the this as soon as possible.

We're sure you can appreciate exchanges need to be inspected too. Notify us on orders@pearlandlinen.com that you would like to exchange your item. Once we receive it back and the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item we will be in contact with you. The item to be refunded must be in the saleable condition you received it with all tags attached as sold. When approved, you’ll be refunded through your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
